Signing Ceremony for the International Nursing Exchange Agreement

Prior to the symposium, Nagoya City University Hospitals (Japan) and Hallym University Medical Center (Korea) signed an agreement to promote international collaboration and exchange in nursing. This agreement establishes a framework for mutual exchange, enabling nurses from both institutions to participate in short-term training programs.
The partnership aims to enhance the quality of medical care and nursing while fostering human resource development through practical and diverse initiatives. These include co-hosting specialized seminars, conducting site visits to local medical facilities, and organizing cultural exchange activities.
By leveraging Hallym University Medical Center’s advanced expertise in medical digital transformation, the collaboration is expected to not only improve nursing care and medical services at the affiliated hospitals but also address pressing issues in Japan, such as task shifting for nurses and work style reforms.
