大学院支援組織 ＧＲＡＤcenter
概要
ＧＲＡＤcenterは、大学院教育を全学的に支援し、博士人材の育成?輩出を推進することを目的とした組織です。教育の質保証、研究支援、キャリアパスの構築、リカレント教育や社会人学生支援などの事業を実施します。

ご挨拶
森田 明理 ＧＲＡＤcenter長
足球彩票ではこのたび、「ＧＲＡＤcenter」を設置いたしました。本センターは、博士課程を中心とする大学院教育の一層の高度化と国際化、ならびに大学院生の多様なキャリア支援を推進するため、全学的な基盤組織として創設されたものです。
急速に変化する社会の中で、大学院教育の果たす役割はますます重要になっています。本センターは、「大学院教育の質保証」「TA?RA制度の整備」「リカレント?リスキリング支援」「博士人材のキャリア支援」など、大学院生と教員の双方を支える取り組みを推進してまいります。
また、本学の高等教育院?国際交流センター?キャリア支援センター?産学官共創イノベーションセンターなどとの密接な連携を通じて、学内外のリソースを統合し、実効性ある支援体制を構築していきます。
本センターの設置は、足球彩票における大学院教育改革の一環として位置づけられており、将来的には組織の発展的改編も視野に入れながら、柔軟かつ実践的な運営を目指してまいります。
研究者?教育者としての熱意を持つ皆さまとともに、本学の大学院教育をより良いものに育てていけるよう、私自身も全力を尽くす所存です。今後とも、ご理解とご支援を賜りますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Graduate Researcher Advancement and Development Center
Nagoya City University has established the GRADcenter to strengthen institutional support for advanced and internationalized graduate education, particularly at the doctoral level. This new center serves as a university-wide platform to foster the development and success of doctoral students in a rapidly evolving global society.
The Center is committed to advancing the quality of graduate education, enhancing programs such as TA/RA systems, and promoting initiatives for recurrent education, reskilling, and comprehensive career support for graduate students.
In collaboration with the Institute for Higher Education, the International Exchange Center, the Career Support Center, and the Center for Co-Creation through Industry-Academia-Government Partnerships, we aim to build an integrated and responsive support system for graduate education across disciplines.
This Center is part of the university's broader efforts to reform graduate education and will operate flexibly and practically, with the potential for organizational development in the future.
As Director, I am dedicated to working with faculty, students, and stakeholders to create a vibrant academic environment that supports the aspirations of our next-generation researchers and professionals. We sincerely appreciate your continued support and cooperation.
